Product: HP Print Service Plugin for Android
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

I'm considering loading the HP Print Service Plugin for Android on my various Samsung tablets to print to my networked HP Laser printers (Color LaserJet M477 Pro and LaserJet 1320).   But I'm an IT security worker  who sometimes works with sensitive data and do not want to install this app unless I can preemptively turn off all usage data "sharing" with HP and/or any other outside actors.   There's no mention in the product description on how to turn off the app's data collection; just a few mentions of how to later delete what has been shared.

Is there indeed a way to completely turn off data sharing of any kind of usage or other information with machines outside of my LAN?
