HP Smart Mobile might let you change the print size - if it does, the setup is "manual resize", that is, you must manually adjust the print size on the paper.

Example - HP Smart Mobile - iPADOS - Image Print - Transform (Resize)

What else?

If HP Smart on your device supports the option,

If you are interested to do so,

Consider using "Edit > Crop" to change the size of the photo.

This might - or might not - be something that is reasonable for the photo, of course.

Example - HP Smart Mobile - iPADOS - Photo Print - Edit > Crop

Reminder:

This printer requires a larger margin along the bottom edge.

Print Margin Bottom (A4)12.7 mm
Print Margin Left (A4)3 mm
Print Margin Right (A4)3 mm
Print Margin Top (A4)3 mm
