Product: HP ENVY Photo 6255 All-in-One Printer

I got my email locked by hp mimecast. I cant unlock it because I don't have a password to sign in. How do I fix this issue? Your help is greatly appreciated

I see you are experiencing Mimecast issues with the HP ENVY Photo 6255 All-In-One Printer.
