How to change owner e-mail address for HP eprint HP smart

Hi!  I'm trying to change the "owner" e-mail for a printer in my HP Smart / HP ePrint setup.  The instructions on this page (https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02948998) are great (halfway down section "How do I change the HP ePrint owner email address?"), except there is no longer a "Settings" area to click in the top right corner, nor a pencil icon to click to edit the settings.
