I've tried everything to connect my printer to my wireless network but it won't connect. I am 100% sure I enter the correct password of my wireless network (tested it with my mobile). But the printer doesn't get a IP adres. Maybe something in my router blocks it from connecting? What other ways do I have? If I can't connect it to my wireless I can't use the printer. I have tried to connect it through bluetooth but I don't think this is possible

Welcome to the HP support community.

Restore network settings to default settings

Press and hold Wireless button on the back of the printer for at least three seconds. Then the printer enters the Auto Wireless Connect (AWC) setup mode. It keeps searching and waiting for the HP Smart app to connect within about two hours, and then stops searching.
