All the web pages I have seen for the ePrint issue state the ePrint problem is due to an expired digital certificate, and that a firmware is not possible due to memory constraints.

WRONG!  A digital certificate typically is about 2K bytes in size.  This is NOT a memory issue at all, but a FAILURE OF HP to support their products, leveraging a planned obsolescence model.  [content removed], either providing users a self-service model to update their firmware by placing the source code into the Open Source, or provide a REST API to publish our own self-signed digital certificate to the machine.  This is NOT rocket science, but BAD PRODUCT MANAGEMENT.

If anyone knows of such capabilities to POST my own certificate, please respond.  The Virtual Assistance facade only wastes people's valuable time.  I cannot find a telephone number to call a real person.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
