I have reset the network settings. And added the printer as a new one to HP Smart App. But the EWS is further protected by an admin password. I can access the EWS Starting page but cannot select any subpage without entering a htaccess username/password combination.
In Italy no support page exist..... how i can do?

I have the same issue and cannot find one easy documented way or resetting the username and password nor can any support agents easily explain the process.
Could someone please reply to the both of us - what an archaic system to handle security, its 2021.
