Help. My HP5000 is connected but not printing. there is an orange symbol with a wavy line on it on the printer icon. (Mac)

I see that you are unable to print from your computer to the printer. To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:

  • How is the printer connected to the computer?
  • Is there any antivirus software installed on your computer?
  • Is there any error message when you try to print?
