Hi there

I have tried to re align my printer several times to only change HOW it cuts off the image.

I am printing stickers to be cut that need to be near precise.

It zooms in cuts off about 1/4 inch of one side of my image(always the left side) which throws off everything. Ive done "original image" and "fill page. It needs to be borderless and is incredibly frustrating! Everything i do doesnt fix it. In a normal world 1/4 inch isn't anything but it sets everything off for the cut!

@Jennaciide

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

  • Have you upgraded the printer firmware for better results?
  • Are you using Photos app or HP Smart app to print?

  • Have you tried printing different photos to check if the issue persists?

Make sure the right paper type and paper size are selected before printing.

Update the printer firmware: Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

Also, check for updates on the iOS device. Click here to know how.

  • On HP Smart app, select the photo to be printed.
  • Click on print.
  • Just above the printer, you would see a grey horizontal line, by tapping which will give you options to make print settings.
  • Select paper type as Photo paper and paper size to be 4*6 paper.
  • Try printing.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
