I tried to print in color but it does not work.
I uninstalled the HP App but it does not work.
Can someone help me?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

Try making a standalone copy in color and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

Check the estimated ink levels

On the printer control panel, touch the Ink icon  to display the current estimated ink levels.

Replace any low or empty ink cartridges.

 

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic page

  1. On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.

  2. Touch Tools, and then touch Print Quality Report.

  3. Check for colors.

  • If the printer is able to make color copies and print the test page in color, it means that this is a software/driver issue.
  • If the printer fails to copy and print the test page in color, this could be a hardware issue. Perform steps 11 and 14 from this document.
