Hi, I can't find these headphones on the internet, but I got them on the giveaway. Can someone please tell me why aren't they anywhere on the internet?

 

Oh yeah. And I cant charge them. Maybe they are charged, but then I can't turn on the headset. The light on it is orange so that means they need to be charged, and I already put them charging for 8h+.

Please Help me with my problem

Appreciate you trying the steps. This looks like a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options.

I just needed to open the headset and pull out the battery connector and then put it back in.
