Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

I just purchased an OfficeJet Pro and am having problems.

1.  I can find the printer from the print command on both Windows 11 and Android, and HP smart can find it on Windows, but not on the Android.
2.  Also, when I first installed it, it could print by emailing to the printer.  Since I updated my drivers and some firmware, it no longer can print via email.  If that feature was removed how does one print at a distance?
