Hp smart app crashes when i try to change the page range

Hp smart app crashes when i try to change the page range. I’m trying to print a pdf which is 49 pages and I only need 12 pages. After the app updated it crashes when I try to change the page range.

@Animalnikki, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

I see that the HP Smart App crashes upon using, I'd suggest you follow the steps below-

 

Delete the app

  1. Tap and hold HP Smart App then click the X
  2. The app will immediately be deleted.

Update iOS to the most recent version.

  1. From your mobile device, touch the Settings app, and then touch General.

  2. Touch Software Update.

    Your device automatically searches for the latest iOS update.

  3. If an update is available, touch Download and Install, and then follow the on-screen instructions to install the update. For more information about iOS updates, go to Update the iOS on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch (in English).

Once done, install the latest version of the HP Smart App from the App store.
