Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi my hp v220w is not working and it is RAW and it asks to format and I click on the format but it say windows unable to format
and I tried in disk management and it's not working too
and I have tried the software like easu partition master,aeimo , and mini tool
it is not at all working
and in cmd also it is not working I have tried the hp tool also
please help me
