Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Did you make any changes to the settings of your Printer prior to the issue?
- When was the last time it worked fine?
- What is the operating system?
Let's restore the network settings on the Printer:
- 1. From the Home screen, touch (Wireless), and then touch Settings.
- 2. Touch Restore Network Settings.
- 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Once done, connect the printer to the network again:
- 1. From the Home screen on the printer control panel, touch (Wireless).
- 2. Touch Settings.
- 3. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard or Wi-Fi Protected Setup.
- 4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
