Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Logged into HPSmart on new computer but system ran setup and will not allow me to use my previous @hpeprint.com email address. When I try to change it to the one I had setup previously it states it is already in use. I am aware of this because I am the one that is supposed to be using it. Virtual assistant is no help and no way to contact a Live Agent. Please help!
