I am getting ...ERROR CODE 0X011A17FF DOT11_PRIVATE

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there, I am getting ...ERROR CODE 0X011A17FF DOT11_PRIVATE since yesterday, despite the printer having worked the day before, so I'd be grateful for some help. Also, before I get told to "take out the cartridges", I can't because the error comes up before the cartridge carriage can move, I have also tried the suggestion of plugging/unplugging from the mains and waiting for 30-60 seconds and that has not worked. 

I also won't pay the ridiculous sum of £144, for a service call, which is more than the printer cost, when I brought it
