I have an HP Officejet 6700 with wireless setup.  It is linked to my home network and prints well for our laptops, tablets and phones.  I am teleworkig for Navy and have a government laptop linked to navy networks through my Cox network using Cox router and modem.  I have set up my hp eprint account with my printer name and when I forward an email document from Navy Outlook using my ePrint computer address which is ** it accepts the address and forwards out the document without a problem sending it as an unencrypted document.  Eprint sends a confirmation notice that it received the document and it was sent properly.  The problem is that it never comes out of eprint to my computer.  I don't know what is wrong.  ePrint settings are the most open - opent to all; color, plain paper, etc.

I would love to talk to someone that really understands the craziness of eprint and networking printers to get this straightened out.  I have been having to email docs to my personal computer and then send that email to printer.  I need to simplify the process and print straight to eprint and have it print out at my printer.  HELP!!!
