I used to be able to print with all devices. I can now only print from my phone - not other phones, MACs or Ipad. I have reset all pritners/computers/routers. I've reinstalled the printer driver.  All devices 'see' the HP6700 but the jobs just sit in the queue and won't printer.  The printer is not sleeping. Thoughts??

@KMORT, Welcome to HP Support Community!

This could be a connectivity issue. Let us try to isolate and resolve the issue-

Restart the devices-

  1. Turn the printer off, and then wait 10 seconds.
  2. Disconnect the printer power cord from the printer.
  3. Turn off the computer or the device you are trying to print from.
  4. Connect the printer power cord to the printer, and then turn on the printer.
  5. Disconnect the power cord from your wireless router, and then wait 10 seconds.
  6. Reconnect the power cord to the router. Wait until Internet service is restored. Internet service is interrupted while the router is off.
  7. Turn on the computer.

Update the printer firmware-

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Try printing.

Let me know how that pans out!
