I have followed the on screen process several times.  I have also followed the troubleshooting process.  Anybody have this working?

@TWillingham, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

 

Perform steps 5 and 7 from this document to check if the hardware is working fine.

 

Check the connectivity between the printer and the PC

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC

Refer to this document to know how to connect the printer to the wireless network.

Try printing.
