macOS 10.15 Catalina

I recently moved my office and am trying to connect Officejet Pro 8610 to my new wireless network. When I go to the network setup on the LCD display panel, it gives me an error message that says "The feature has been locked by your administrator or the person who set up the printer". That person is me and I have never locked anything. I need help getting my printer setup to my wireless network ASAP.

I have sent you a private message with the reset steps, specific to your printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
