@Jackie216, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your Deskjet 4152 that does not print!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
If you are experiencing issues with your HP DeskJet Plus 4152 printer and you are unable to print documents, consider following these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:
1. Check Printer Status
- Ensure the printer is turned on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.
- Verify that there are no error messages or blinking lights on the printer's control panel.
2. Check Ink and Paper Levels
- Make sure there is sufficient paper loaded in the paper tray.
- Check the ink levels and replace any empty or low cartridges. You can do this via the HP Smart app or the printer's control panel.
3. Clear Paper Jams
- Inspect the printer for any paper jams and remove any stuck pieces of paper.
- Follow the instructions for removing paper jams from the document.
4. Restart Printer and Computer
- Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for a minute, and then plug it back in and turn it on.
- Restart your computer to clear any potential software glitches.
5. Update Drivers and Software
- Ensure you have the latest printer drivers and software installed. Visit the HP support page to download and install any updates.
6. Check Printer Queue
- Open the printer settings on your computer and check if there are any stuck print jobs in the queue. Clear the print queue if necessary.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
