HP Envy 5560
Chrome OS

I cannot print from my Acer Chromebook to my hp envy 5660. I have successfully implimented the directions from hp's site and successfully installed the chrome to hp print app on my chromebook from the chrome store. Neither of them ended up working to allow me to print. I am at a loss of what to do next. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

Have you tried to remove the Printer and add it back:

Remove a preferred printer from the HP Print for Chrome list.

  1. From the Chrome browser, click on the Apps icon  in the upper left-hand corner of the browser.

A list of Chrome apps displays.

  2. Select HP Print for Chrome.

    Selecting HP Print for Chrome.

  3. From the HP Print for Chrome window, click Add printers by IP address, and then click REMOVE next to the printer you want to disconnect.

The selected printer is removed from the list.
