I can "see" the printer in my computer, but it just won't print. It does not send any error, just acts like if I did not hit the "print" button. I can scan, I can see ink levels, all wirelessly, but cannot print.

@mafer_corona, Welcome to HP Support Community!

How is the printer connected to the computer?

Meanwhile, follow the steps below-

Use HP Print and Scan Doctor

Download HP Print and Scan Doctor and run the program. It will automatically diagnose and fix any printer connectivity issues.

For more information, go to https://support.hp.com/us-en/topic/printscandoctor

Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

If the issue persists, I recommend you delete the driver and root level and retry, follow the steps below:

1) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features

2) Select your HP Printer

3) Select Uninstall

4) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers

5) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’

6) Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.

7) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe”

8). Click on the “Drivers” tab

9) Look for the HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom

10) Select Ok

11) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows

12) Close Devices and Printers.

Use this link to download and install the new driver. Configure the printer.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Printer is connected to my computer using local wireless internet.

1) I tried to use the HP Print and Scan Doctor, but when it starts installing the software for the printer, it stops at step 1, stating:

Installation Error

Call to DriverPackageUnistall returned error 5 for package

'C:\\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\hpwia_dj3630.inf_amd64_053b3cb6af31927e\hpwia_dj3630.inf': A caller DriverPackageUnistall must be a member of the Administrators group to install a driver package.

The problem is that I unlocked and used the ADMINITRATOR profile and gave me the same error.

2) Still using ADMINISTRATOR profile I  deleted my printer from "Printers and Scanners" and tried the "Run - printui.exe /s", but it cannot delete it either, Print Server Properties by says:

Unable to remove HP 3630 series, x64, Type 3 - User Mode driver.

The specified printer driver is currently in use.

So I cannot use the wireless feature for my printer.

- If a use the USB cable to connect it to my printer, it prints with no problem.

***When using HP Smart, and I go to Printer Information, is shows Status READY, Installation Status INSTALLED, Connection Status ACTIVE, it has IP address, Host name, MAC Address.

And still does not print wirelessly.

Not sure what is going on. Please provide help.
