my phone (Android) tells me that the printer is not available when I try to print. When I check the connection on my phone and tablet, both are asking for a password. I have tried to input the Wireless Password/key from my router, but the key is not recognised. I have tried my normal passwords but to no avail.....

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the connectivity issue. 

 

To better assist you - 

 

1) May I have the exact model name of the printer? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

 

 2) Can you send us a picture of the screen prompting you to enter the password? 

 

While you respond to that, make sure your phone and tablet and connected to the home network and not to the printer's Wi-Fi.
