I got a printer that has never printed.

Honestly, beyond frustrated with my printer. I have had the printer for over a year and I have not been able to print a single thing in the time that I have had it. Before, there was not an issue because my complex has a printing station, but now with the pandemic I cannot access it and this is the only printer I have. My issue with the printer is that it cannot connect to the internet, the app tells me to connect to the printer's "wifi" but it has a password that I never set up, It didnt bring a USB cable, AND Ive been trying to fix it with the "virtual agent" and it literally made me want to throw my computer out the window. I literally just want to speak to someone who is going to help me fix it, and it keeps directing me here. Literally, my last hope to get this thing working.
