I had an HPE PRINT account with a custom name and overnight a NEW email address was assigned?

I alredy had an email address for my HPE Print.com and overnight my printer decided to print out a new address and I tested my old one and it did not print?  Why did this happen and can I switch it back to my original email that my printer had?

@melbeachdba

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details and I would appreciate if you could, perhaps elaborate on your concern.

  • What is the exact model for your printer?
  • What is the operating system you are using?
  • Are you referring to HP ePrint?
  • What is the exact issue you are facing?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

Look forward to hearing from you and have a great day!

Take care.

Cheers!
