I have a hp 6700 but I don’t have the start up cartridges, how do I get past this.

Welcome to HP forum, I see that you want to bypass the setup cartridge.

 

I am sending you a private message to bypass setup cartridges. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
