I have tried every solution I can find online. I have reset the router. I have reset the printer. I have re installed the app. I have even chatted with the online assistant and attempted to connect via WPS.  I just can't get my printer connected.

Hi,

Have you reset the network settings as listed below?

Following the network reset, make sure your device is wirelessly connected to the home network and open the HP Smart app, then click the plus sign and click on Set Up for your printer to reconfigure the settings through the HP Smart app.

 

If that too fails, print a Wireless Network Test page:

https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05368417

 

Within the Current Configuration section, can you see the current SSID listed or may it listed as Not Set?

 

Can you see any attention or a warning on the top of the printed report?
