All of a sudden I cannot print from my android phones or iPads. I can still print from my main computer.
All are logged into same network.
Hp envy 4520 series (134cfo )
it says printer no longer available.

@Caddie11, Welcome to HP Support Community!
I see that you're unable to print from mobile devices, this could be an issue with the application used to print or connectivity.
If the mobile devices have cellular data enables, disable and try printing.
Also, check for any updates on mobile devices. Restart the mobile devices and the printer > print.
Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
You may also try the HP Smart App, here is the document HP Printers - Install and Use the HP Smart App

Thanks for the reply. I have managed to get them working now by downloading the HP Smart app which I did not know existed. I have never had a problem printing direct before but at least
I can now print.

I was able to print from my phone yesterday however today I had to reset my password to print and scan from my laptop. Now I can print from my laptop but can no longer print from my phone. The HP SmartApp and PlugIn App are installed and up to date. However when I go to print an email it comes up and shows me a preview but when I go to do anything - including just print - it comes up and says "Failed to change the settings. Try again." I don't know what to do and need to be able to print from my phone now that I am working at home.
