I'm receiving a message that says "this printer won't be supported after December"

Hi, I'm receiving a message when I right click a document for printing from my Chromebook: It says "this printer won't be supported after December. Learn more. " When I go to the learn more page, it is not clear to me what the problem is or why there is an anticipated change or what to do about it. My Chromebook is 1 year old and I believe my printer is 2 years old; both are new.

I suspect the following is relevant to  your situation:

It is not the age of the printer .

It is not the age of the Chromebook.

Google is pulling (stopping / ending) support for Cloud Print.

Gone. Zap.

The only other print option I find in the compatibility document for this printer is Mopria.

Honestly, I have no idea whether this is something you can use in Chrome OS.
