HP ENVY 5531 e-All-in-One Printer

I need to print invitations but I can't get my eprint settings to change for card stock. I use to be able to change anything at my prints now I can't. Plz help asap

@Fiskathr, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I see that you are using the HP ePrint feature to print the invitations. To knowhow to change the print job settings, refer to - Print with HP ePrint

  1. Sign in to HP Smart.

  2. Under ePrint Preferences, modify the settings you want.

    NOTE: 

    Available ePrint settings vary by printer model.
