Product: HP DeskJet 2652 All-in-One Printer

I no longer have the option to print in color from my phone or iPad. There’s nothing wrong with my color cartridge, it’s basically full and I can use the copy feature in color no problem. My phone and iPad are up to date and according to HP so is my printers firmware

I've tried both the HP Smart, and just using "print" from my iphone 13 pro. Same results. I can print from my PC fine in color, but when I try to print in color from phone or ipad, it starts the preview in color, then changes to black and white-no option for color. I used to be able to, now I can't. Already checked for updates-there are none, and its the same result on multiple devices.
