though I correctly installed the printer it always says it‘s offline so that it seems to me to be impossible to install it on other computers in our network. Even during the installation the printer cannot be found. Only by installing with usb cable I could install it on one machine. I tried all hints given by the service pages and from the chats. But the result stays the same. What can I do?
The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
