@rrjsb, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Which model printer are you using?
Your printer should already be connected to your wireless network. So make sure the new Win PC is also connected to the same network as the printer.
If the printer is not connected to the wireless network,
On the printer screen, go to Setup > Network Setup > Restore network settings
Go back to Network > Wireless > Wireless setup wizard and select your network.
Use the HP Smart app to print and scan from your Win PC
