HP Envy 4507

Hi ..since having a new Broadband router installed  I can no longer print to my HP Envy 4507 printer from my IPAD or IPhone. 

New router and printer name all correct on both  devices but on selecting print just says connecting to printer but nothing happens.  However, I am able to print from my lap top which is also wireless. Any advice on how to sort gratefully received.

Hi,

Please follow below steps, restore the network defaults for the printer and then reconnect it by following the Wireless Setup Wizard and check for any change, see the 'Connect the printer with the Wireless Setup Wizard (printers with a touchscreen)' section to reconnect:

If the same persists, please print and evaluate a Wireless Network Test by following below steps:
