Bonjour,

 

Voilà mon souci :

Je ne parviens pas à mettre mon imprimante "en ligne". La lumière violette ne cesse d'apparaître, indiquant le mode "configutation" (comme après avoir appuyé longuement 5sec sur le bouton "wireless setup"). J'ai mis mon imprimante sous tension puis hors tension, et enfin sous tension pour tenter de régler le problème mais rien ne fonctionne. J'ai également télécharger "HP print and scan Doctor" mais ça n'a pas réglé le problème.

 

Pourriez-vous m'aider svp ?
