Incorrect Page Count for HP6978

On two (2) occasions, October 12 and 27th, I have been tapped for a total of 12 pages of printing.  Not correct.  Oftentimes, I will not print a document, but instead SAVE TO PDF.  It seems as though they are counting these pages.  On October 27th, I purposefully, designed PRINT TO PDF and saved the documents on my computer.  I checked the next day, and they stated I  printed 11 pages.  On October 12th, they indicate I printed one page - I saved the page to PDF.

 

So when I'm on a website and click on "their" print diaglogue box, and then SAVE TO PDF, am I being charged for printing these pages?

 

Very unhappy with this program

Under the Instant Ink program, only the pages that are printed should be counted towards your account.
