Ink issues

I have replaced both ink cartridges with brand new official and store bought ink cartridges and the printer is stating “atleast 1 of the cartridges has a problem” 

however that was after a page printed. 
This is not the first time this has happened when I’ve changed the ink cartridges with brand new official ink cartridges. HELP!!! I need this printer to work today!!!

What model printer are you using?

Insert one ink cartridge at a time and check for the defective ink cartridge.

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
