Product: HP DeskJet 2655 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

I can't see the ink levels from my android phone. I've followed the suggested fixes, but no help. I found a way to view it, but it's not correct. It was also suggested that it's on a different network but it's not. I'm sending this via my laptop.

Ink level is an estimate, it's never 100% correct, it's explained in the printer's user manual. When print quality becomes unacceptable ink needs to be replaced.

I should have been more specific. My ink levels are not showing up at all using my phone (Android). They do show up on laptop.
