Invalid Wireless Paasword - I know it is correct

HP Recommended
HP Photosmart 5520
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I try to connect the printer to my home wifi I get the message, "invalid  wireless password" but I know the wireless password I am inputting is correct.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

Restore factory defaults on the printer

Press the Up and Down arrows on the console to find and select “Preferences.” If “Preferences” is not an available option, search for and select “Reset All Menu Settings,” or select “Tools,” followed by “Restore factory defaults.”

 

Update the printer firmware:

Here are the steps:- Click here

 

Try to connect the printer again to WiFi connection.
