I can offer the following limited advice on the subject:
If you asking about ePrint email address used to send print jobs to your printer via its email address,
then you can "remove" the printer email address from the HP Connected account with which the printer is associated:
- Log into your HP Connected Account
- Remove the printer from the list
- Disable / stop Web services on the printer
Website Support Troubleshooting, How-to, Video Tutorials
See the FAQ section in this document:
Setting Up an HP Connected Account
Select / read "How do I turn off Web Services?"
HP does not respond to requests for help via email.
Open a case / contact Cloud Services for help with ePrint / HP Connected.
Explain what you need and if asked, include the printer serial number in the request.
Option: Agent Response
Choose to wait for an HP Agent to find and respond to your request here on the forum.
If there is a response from HP:
- An HP agent will always post back on the forum before contacting you privately.
- Agents are identified by the "HP" icon next to the Profile ID avatar.
- HP Moderators are identified by the "Mod" icon next to the Profile ID avatar
- Agents do volunteer on our Community on their own time. Hours, number of agents vary by region.
Option: Contact HP Technical Support
Specify help for HP Connected / Web Services
Select your country / region from the list and follow the prompts
Option: Contact HP Instant Ink Support in your region
In USA or Canada

Reminders:
- Use the serial number of the device to submit the case (do not post that information here).
- In those areas where Chat is an option, Chat service hours are likely restricted.
- Chat is not available in every region.
In the event that Chat is not available in your region: Call the number provided in the HP directory, else submit your case online (to receive phone contact information)
- HP will advise you there is a fee for phone support and / or other services when your computer / device is no longer under warranty. This is normal business practice.
- HP may tell you that certain services are not covered under warranty. This is normal business practice. Standard Warranty typically covers specific hardware issues as explained in the Warranty contract. Care Pack coverage and warranties differ by package.
