Hi ive just bought a compatible cartridge from Tesco for my deskjet 2620 and it won't recognise that the cartridge is full so won't print. How do I solve the issue?

To assist you better, do you get any errors or any lights blinking on the printer?
Are you using HP ink cartridges?
Make sure the plastic tape if any, is removed from the new ink cartridge before placing it in the printer.

This printer supports printing in single-cartridge mode. Try this to identify the defective ink cartridge.
