We have an HP Laserjet Pro MFP M127FW. The printer works fine on any of our computers but if we do an Air Print from any of our iPad or iPhones who ever tries to print next connects to the printer but is then told the job is being rejected. At that point the only option is to restart the printer. This restores normal operation till the next time and "i device" prints to it at which time it remains on line but rejects the print job from any computer or i device. Interestingly the problem does not seem to happen on our Deskjet MFP only the Laserjet. As far as I know the software is currently up to date and the problem seems to predate the last several up dates.

Hi @Chimester

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the connectivity issue.

Let's try updating the iOS device. Refer to this document for steps - Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
