I have HP 5055 printer, am enrolled in InstaInk have received but not installed new ink- am still using cartridges from box printer came in.... have used printer several times. When does paper count start? When I put the new ones in or the ones that came with it when I enrolled.
Sorry to be stupid, normally I would have just gone to Fedex to print...

@Winifrog78 It starts when you insert the new Instant Ink cartridges shipped after you completed the enrollment, unless your printer is instant ink ready, just check the printer for a sticker with the same name - "Instant Ink Ready", if you find that, it would mean the page count has started the moment you enrolled, as the cartridge in the printer are Instant Ink as well.
(Also, no question is stupid, I love curious minds)
