Letras com sombras

Não estou conseguindo adicionar um produto ao meu perfil então vou relatar o que está acontecendo: Olá, sempre que eu imprimo alguma coisa que tenha letras, as letras saem com sombra, mas isso só acontece quando eu imprimo nos celulares, mas quando eu imprimo pelo computador imprime normal sem sombra, e o computador está ligado pela internet com a impressora, igual o celular, mas o celular é letras sombreadas e o computador o mesmo texto é normal sem sombra.
