Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

Let's try these steps to resolve the issue:

  • 1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ).
  • 2. Touch Network Setup.
  • 3. Touch Restore Network Settings. A message appears stating that the network defaults will be restored.
  • 4. Touch Yes.
  • 5. Print the network configuration page and verify that the network settings have been reset.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Sir,

Please read what I have written and provide a valid solution. I have already told you that I cannot select "restore network settings" because it is great out. Specifically, when I select "restore network settings" the printer displays the following message: "This feature has been locked by the person who set up the printer."

Reviewing other posts on this support forum, it appears you need to send me a private message with some kind of instructions on how to reset my printer.
