Locked out of IP website "Web Services" tab while encountering issues enabling ePrint

HP Recommended
HP Photosmart 5520
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer: HP Photosmart 5520

While attempting to enable ePrint, I went to the IP website for the printer and set up a name and password under "Web Services Settings -> Proxy Setting/Setup" and it has now locked me out. The name and password that I know I input originally didn't work, I even tried alternatives to no avail.

I would like to access these in any way and also figure out if there is a way to enable ePrint. All network connections are strong and can access the printer from all devices (phones and laptops).

When I try to enable ePrint on the printer screen, it prompts the Accept the Terms and Enabling Automatic Updates, after accepting each "Server Connection Error" pops up, "The printer was unable to connect to the server. Check the internet connection and try again, or enter a proxy address." The internet connection the strong, and if I hit enter proxy, the information from the website appears, information I put on the website, already entered. Does this mean there is inherently wrong with my specific printer, or is there a positive solution?
