Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I reinstalled Windows 10 from a local shopman because my previous one didn't start as there was some error. The man Fully formatted my Laptop with Windows 10 Enterprise (1501). I lost all the softwares that were present before. Please help as I do not know what to do... I googled it also but I didn't got any satisfied results.
