Product: HP Color LaserJet MFP M476nw

Всем привет!

Столкнулись с такой проблемой - есть HP Color LaserJet MFP M476nw. Задача - иметь возможность печати с устройств IOS.

МФУ подключен с помощью Ethernet в корпоративную сеть. Устройства IOS при печати не видят этот МФУ (Android  видит принтер и успешно печатает на него)

В информации о продукте сказано - для работы Airprint  МФУ и IOS устройства должны быть в одной Wi-Fi сети.  Подключаю МФУ к Wi-Fi  сети офиса. У нас имеется 4 точки доступа под управлением Wi-Fi контроллера. Реализован один SSID на всех точках.

МФУ отказывается подключаться к сети. В отчете о проверке беспроводной сети пишет:

 

Обнаружено несколько точек доступа/беспроводных маршрутизаторов, соответствующих имени беспроводной сети (SSID). Это может привести к подключению принтера HP к нежелательной беспроводной сети.

 

Не кажется ли вам, что аппараты серии PRO не должны себя так вести в условиях современного мира?

Надеюсь, это обращение увидит НР и поправит ситуацию в следующих прошивках
